相邀芳草地，饱蘸汉阳虹。

画壁千年去，名楼四岸通。

Visiting the Yellow Crane Tower

We get together inthe great land a meadow,

In Hanyang weare bathed in the nice rainbow.

View themillennial painting wall of Yellow Crane Tower,

The historiccite connects the four ports here and there.

Even the musicis a thousand years passing away,

There are noyellow cranes flying surely I can't say.

Li Bai didn’tinscribe on tower after seeing Cui Hao’s master piece,

Before asuperior man I even prefer to show off my incompetence.
